Will McGuire is a cybersecurity leader with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations navigate evolving threats and translate complex security challenges into practical strategies. They currently serve as Head of Cybersecurity and CISO at ICEYE US, where they lead security strategy, governance, policy, and operations for an organization delivering satellite-based Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) intelligence to government, defense, and commercial customers.
Throughout their career, Will has focused on building security programs that bring people, processes, and technology together to manage organizational risk and move the business forward. They hold the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification and a Master's degree in Information Security and Assurance from Norwich University.
Will is co-founder and President of Cannon Fodder Security, a nonprofit organization that hosts the annual Queen City Con security conference. Through this initiative, they help bring together security practitioners, students, and industry leaders to exchange knowledge, explore emerging threats, and develop the next generation of cybersecurity talent.
